Hello,

I'm looking for a windows 2000 client software to make secured file transferts, using SFTP (SSH2), with a server OpenVMS Alpha V7.3-2 and TCP/IP V5.4 eco 4.

I'm currently evaluating Powerterm from Ericom, WinSCP, SSH secure file transfert client... but I cannot find a good working product.

Have you some good advices, experiences... to give?

Thanks in advance.
Hi,

Just to add to this. I'm facing exactly the same problem. I've tried both SSH Communication's Tectra client and the PuTTY clients. I've tried both SCP and SFTP neither works for me.

I've tested with OpenVMS 7.3-2 and TCPIP v5.4 ECO 4 without success. I've also tried using Process' Multinet TCPIP software with the same bad result.

I can list files using "pcsp -ls" but I can't transfer them. I get "unknown error".

br
Hans Jivesten

Patrick,

PuTTY's PSCP and PSFTP seem to work, but TCP/IP Services seems to support only STREAM_LF files (see the other thread http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=772977)

cu,
Martin
