      <description>mc ncp set exec state off &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Will stop DECnet phase IV cold.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;mc ncp set exec state shut&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Will reject new connections, allow existing connections to continue.  When all connections are dropped, DECnet will will be turned off.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
