      <description>when i am conected on my unix server through ftp connectivity is successful, but when i am trying to see the list of file in any directory on my unix folder - am getting following massage-&lt;BR /&gt;200 port command successful&lt;BR /&gt;150 opening ASCII mode data connection for file list&lt;BR /&gt;226 transfer complete&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and i am not getting the list of file why?&lt;BR /&gt;but the same thing is successful in another win2000 pc.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;and same massage i am getting at the time of file transfer also by 'PUT' or 'GET' command.</description>

      <description>Have you tried passive mode?&lt;BR /&gt;Try&lt;BR /&gt;FTP&amp;gt; SET PASSIVE ON&lt;BR /&gt;before your commands.</description>

      <description>Ito,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;make sure you have files in your unix home directory.&lt;BR /&gt;Also as Mr. Richard suggestion, set paasive mode on and then issue couple of commands.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;FTP&amp;gt; PASV&lt;BR /&gt;FTP&amp;gt; ls&lt;BR /&gt;or &lt;BR /&gt;FTP&amp;gt; cd to some othe dire&lt;BR /&gt;FT&amp;gt; ls&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
