Two nodes cluster.
Node A IPaddress:192.168.10.5
Node B IPaddress:192.168.10.6
Cluster IP: 192.168.10.10
When the clients telnet clusterIP(192.168.10.10),I find all clients login the Node A(Node A first started the tcpip service).
How to config the load balancing? What services will be configed?
Thanks.
You need to configure the Lbroker service and also the metric service if you want to do DNS load balancing. @sys$manager:tcpip$config option 3!

hqping,

your second option is to NOT use ip-cluster alias, but in your DNS set up a CNAME to a cluster name as a round-robin over your nodes (or, if you got more than one network device per node, over all network devices of the nodes).
Each DNS request presents the next address in the list, which in our experience does a decent job on balancing.

hth

Proost.

Have one on me.

jpe
