While functional for Microsoft Windows XP, the PATHWORKS 32 client package is considered a mature product.

As Windows Vista and Windows 7 come on-line in your environment, you'll be moving from LAT or DECnet over to IP telnet or ssh or such for your connectivity. Per HP, there's no upgrade planned for PATHWORKS 32 for these platforms and thus no LAT and no DECnet client.

There's a similar question going in parallel here in ITRC here:

http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1286400
