Its the 2005 hp customer survey so its been there for a while.
(at least I did it a while ago).
Its the time of year for surveys it seems.

I responded to this survey a couple days ago. And even though I checked the boxes that said Do NOT contact me, they just called me and asked me about my storage needs and verified my contact info. Hmmmmm.
