    <description>Charles,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using ODS-5 disks ?&lt;BR /&gt;So far a I can recall this must be you're sollution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The drive must be privatly mounted, change it by using $ SET VOLUME/STRUCTURE_LEVEL=5 and mount the drive systemwide again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AvR</description>

      <description>My customer setup the FTP server on openvms v7.3-1, they put the files that file name with Chinese character, but they couldn't directory the correctly the file_name under the OVMS, why?&lt;BR /&gt;also, I couldn't create a file with Chinese character file name, &lt;BR /&gt;the message:&lt;BR /&gt;"RMS-E-CRE: ACP file create failed"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;B/R&lt;BR /&gt;Charles Song</description>
