Problem Accessing external disks

Hi all,
I just added a new storage device to my server, it is an MSA1000 unit, connected with fibre cables. At the moment, i can view all the disks from within the OS, however when I try to mount the disks, it gives me the error
"Medium is offline".
I am using OVMS 7.3, and I have another server with the same baseline that is able to access and mount devices on the same storage unit. Has anyone experienced this before?

Make sure that the connections have the OpenVMS profile set.
