url for Tsm documentation ?

I have done some advertising for TSM, and a colleague has installed it. But I do not find a documentation about using TSM.
And I have forgotten how I "enter" a Decserver, so that I will be able to do
TSM> use server ds90
and other commands, for a Decserver that has a Mac address of xx-xx, a model of DS90M, in building B1...

Acording to the freeware_readme.txt in this directory

the documentation is included in the distribution.

the "Terminal Server Manager: Installation and Use" manual (for TSM V1.6) is on the December '99 ConDist Online Library CDs.

The kit only contains cover letter, installation guide, and SPD.
