      <title>Problems with DECprint Supervisor V2.4</title>

      <description>Last weekend we upgraded DCPS to V2.4. We now have problems printing to specific input trays on some HP LaserJets (2200 and 8150). The printers are responding with a message that the trays are not installed when they clearly must be:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;%DCPS-E-INTRAYNOTAVL, No tray_1 tray is installed on Student Enquiries 8150&lt;BR /&gt;-DCPS-I-JOB_ID, for job TEST (queue ISB_STUENQ_8150, entry 1414) on ISB_STUENQ_8150&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have tried other printers (e.g. 2300) and have no problems specifying the input tray.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else encountered this problem or know of a cure?</description>
