      <description>noor,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  With traditional licenses sold by Digital and Compaq, the ONLY way to legally obtain an OpenVMS Operating System license was by license transfer through the company. The terms of the license were such that could not be sold between other parties.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  So if you have a PAK certificate that wasn't originally sold to you or your company, then you can't use it. Sorry.&lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;  The PAK certificate usually has the name of the customer it was supplied to. If not, then it's not available as the records are confidential.</description>
