Nipun,

Andy gives you the right command. If you want to do this with tcpip (and you have all yours interfaces configured in it) you can do:

$ tcpip show interface /full

Bojan

Hi,
I am running OpenVMS V 7.3-2 with a common environment cluster

Can anyone tell me how to find out MAC address for each computer

In each machine (DS25 Alpha Workstations)
I have one ethernet adapter (1000MBs) connected to internel network while the second adapter (Fast Ethernet) is supposed to be connected to the internet. So I need to figure out the mac addresses of the second adapter.

I tried using show network "tcp/ip" /full but was not sure where to look for. If there is a better way please let me know

I also tried $tcpip show config
it gave
_Facitlity:

I do not know what I need to give there.

The systems have decnet plus running and communicate internally over decnet

If you need more info please let me know

Thanks in Advance

You need to issue the command

$ MCR LANCP SHOW DEV /CHARACTERISTICS

Depending on your configuration requirements you may also want to review the LAN Failover options new in VMS 7.3-2. See the System Managers Manual vol 2 for details. http://h71000.www7.hp.com/doc/82FINAL/aa-pv5nj-tk/aa-pv5nj-tk.HTMl
