      <description>Michael,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;JBC$COMMAND&amp;gt; DIAG 7 forces the queue manager to start checkpointing immediately.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Checkpointing will cause the queue manager to create a new SYS$QUEUE_MANAGER.QMAN$JORNAL file and write all current job information to that new journal file. The old journal file is then deleted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Volker.</description>
