OpenVMS 6.2-1H3 compatibility

We 've been ring OpeVM 6.2-1H3 for 9 years on Alpha Server 4100. Lately one of them broke and we want to replace it. CFor compatibility with the 3rd party software , we have to stay on OpenVMS 6.2. How can I found out the Digital-Compaq-HP Alpha Server I can install that version without problems ?
