for Alpha VMS V7.3-2? If so, where would

Yes, OpenVMS V7.3-2 supports VEVAMON (EVA Monitor utility). It would be available for most of the VMS version on request/need basis.

This image vevamon.exe will usually be available in [syshelp.unsupported] directory.

T4 V4.0 brings with it a copy of VEVAMON. You can get it at http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvms/products/t4/index.html

FYI: I just had a try and run it :-

$ r t4$sys:vevamon
VEVAMON Version 1.19 (Compiled: Mar 18 2005 10:19:55).
This version of vevamon has expired.
For further information about newer versions, please send mail to T4@hp.com.
$

So, I'm afraid you'll have to look in other places for VEVAMON...
