FTP to VMS instructions

We just upgraded a DS20e server from 72-1 to 73-2 and ran into probleems with TCPIP. Looking to upgrade it to 54-5 but am having serious problems downloading the patch. When we did get it (used binary), PCSI couldn't find the file. I rename the file to *.pcsi, and then could see the file, but PCSI couldn't open it. Error message mentioned "invalid element". What's wrong?

Lee,

I do not know this specific one, but most PCSI kits come as self-extracting images.
Rename it back to original, and just RUN it,
That will produce PCSI files, which PRODUCT INSTALL can handle.
