TZ ECO for V7.3-2

A search of the forums for "tz eco" did not return anything relevant; so, I figured it was safe to open a new thread.

I was browsing the ECOs by FTP and noticed that there is a TZ ECO for V8.2, but none yet for V7.3-2. We have very limited downtimes scheduled; so, we need to put this in at the Oct. time change for the Spring time change.

Does anyone know when we'll see TZ ECOs for V7.3-2 and earlier?

there is VMS732_TZ-V0200 released 26-JUN-2006:

That item does not appear in the list at ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/openvms_patches/alpha/V7.3-2/

Clicking the link you posted returns a "404" (not found) type of error.

The ITRC OpenVMS patch site has the TZ eco for v7.3-2. Not sure why the ftp site doesn't.

the link I've shown works for me...

Interestingly, if I do a

$ dir/ftp ftp.itrc.hp.com::"/openvms_patches/alpha/V7.3-2"

the listing stops after VMS732_TDF-V0300.txt, whereas the following works:

$ dir/ftp ftp.itrc.hp.com::"/openvms_patches/alpha/V7.3-2/*TZ*.*"

Directory FTP.ITRC.HP.COM::

/openvms_patches/alpha/V7.3-2/VMS732_TZ-V0200.PCSI-DCX_AXPEXE
/openvms_patches/alpha/V7.3-2/VMS732_TZ-V0200.txt

note that:

$ dir/ftp ftp.itrc.hp.com::"/openvms_patches/alpha/V7.3-2/*.*"

also works and show the VMS732_TZ-V0200.* files.
