ECP Analyze of multiple files

Greetings,

I would like to analyze ECP data collected over a year to generate some peak and average data. Unfortunately the ECP files for this period were generated one file per day. As far as I can tell I have no way to specify a date range spanning multiple files. Has anyone encountered this situation or have any information as to the raw format of the .cpc files? I've attempted to concat a number of files together, but there is obviously header and footer data in the files as the analyze runs only for the first day in the combined file.

Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.

Perhaps you could use the CSV-Dump option and create CSV files of your data, merge them together and use tools such as e.g. TLVIZ from the T4 kit to visualize them (or the JAVA implementation frm M.VorlÃ¤nder).

Just had a look and noticed, that PLAN ANALYZE allows the creation of CSV dumpfiles explicitly for some data types, e.g. proc. modes.
These CSV files seems to have nearly the correct syntax for T4.
Example:
plan ana /cpc_file=SAP01_20060920.TDC$DAT;1/csv_util_Mode=util.csv
