If it is for personal use, and you are a member of encompass (which you can do for free) then you can get it through the hobbyist program. (Google Hobbyist).

If it is for commercial use, then contact HP, your local sales rep. They can organize these things. Although UCX and VMS 5.5-2 are both way out of date, and support. (I Presume you have legitimate media...)

thanks. If is for business use believe it or not. We cannot update this server due to application restraints and they, BellSouth wants to put it on their Veritas(Symantec) automated backup system. thanks you

The software loan programme from hp.
However it is mad to be running an important application on such a old version of VMS. Its a bit like still running Windows 3.11

As pointed out in another recent problem, you may also want to explore Multinet or Process who also do VMS TCPIP Stacks.
