      <description>Miles,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;looks like DECnet has not been configured/started.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ MC NCP LIS EXE CHAR&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;should tell you, if DECnet is configured and whether DECnet Phase IV or DECnet-OSI is installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Volker.</description>
