Seeking Larger Mouse Pointer

I am running OpenVMS 6.2 with the old desktop environment. I would like set up a larger and more colorful pointer to be used with one of our applications. I found a wizard artical (1492) on it, but I am at a loss for how to implement it. Can anyone help?

I meant article 1469. I am not sure how I came up with 1492. 1469 references how to create the bitmap, but how do I implement this on the system in place of the current cursor.
