MRU kit is in the condist. Check out the ABS kit and MRU is in there.

I had that same error on the ESL9198 and it turned out to be a hardware problem. The FE moved the robot to some other bus other than 0, I think.

Hi.

We seem to be having problems with MRU and it's interface to our ESL9198 in that those robot commands issued to eject, or move, tape media consistently fail with the error "Vendor unique error" (Not very descriptive is it?!)
I've tried different methods in approaching this issue to solve it but none have worked. Sooo, I'm wondering if perhaps an update to the MRU software might help. We are currently running v1.5 and I know MRU is now up to 1.8.x.
Is the MRU s/w downloadable from HP's web site anywhere? Does anyone know if it's on the quarterly distribution ie, CD's?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.
