Hi!

>>>
Not seen on the net but may be on an old service tools CD.
<<<

Just had a look at the V7.3-2 System Tools CD. It has WEBES 4.2.

cu,
Martin

Martin,

Found that one too. But still 4.2.
The doc is called sea_ug.pdf in that version but I found webes in it.

I checked my product directory and found ca_ug.pdf. And YES ... it contains the user guide for webes too.

What a mess ...

Wim

Wim,

just checked the next kit before that that I have here (V7.3, System Tools CD dated March 2001). That one has WEBES 3.1 (with SEA's predecessor Compaq Analyze).

Pity I don't have a V7.3-1 kit.

cu,
Martin

One more useless datum: The "Compaq System
Tools" CR-ROM dated "September 2001" includes
WEBES_V040_BL007.EXE, which sure looks like
a V4.0 kit. And that was shipped with a
September 2003 Software Products Library
("Q3CY2003").

Or perhaps two useless data. An HP "system
tools" CR-ROM dated "december 2002" seems to
offer the same stuff. I seem to have gotten
that one with a VAX VMS V7.3 OS & doc kit
whose parts list says "19-Feb-03".

I checked the system tools CD from the Software Products updates for Q3CY2003. It contained the V4.0 kit for WEBES. The next system tools CD for Q4CY2003 had the V4.2 kit. Looks like V4.1 did not make it to a system tools CD.

Steve
