Does anyone know where I can purchase (new or used) a copy of the OpenVMS Performance Management 2nd edition by Sethi & VanKoelen. Everywhere I've searched up to this point has indicated the book as being out of stock.

Failing it being available, is there a recommended alternative (single volume) that I could use to try and learn more about VMS Performance Management.
