Hi, we need to install additioanl VMS user license key. Should we re-boot system or not need for it.

Kaleem,

to activate a license it is not nec. to reboot the system. Have a look at the LICENSE utility, esp. UNLOAD /LOAD commands with
$ HELP LICENSE

Hello,
Basically, if you use the vmslicense utility, after you enter the PAK info, it asks if you want to LOAD the license. Just answer yes and your license is active.
