What I've found is that this is supposed to be on the Layered Product CD for OpenVMS alpha. As I said I'm very new to all this. <BR />But I don't think it matters if I run version 1 or 2. Probably will work anyway since I just need it to convert some special characters (like swedish åäö).<BR /><BR />I run OpenVMS v7.3-2 on Alpha by the way.
