      <description>In describing MAIL$SYSTEM_FLAGS bit values, why does SYLOGICALS include this "warning":&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$! ======    WARNING    ======&lt;BR /&gt;$!&lt;BR /&gt;$! Make certain that the DECnet MAIL parser uses the DECnet-Plus&lt;BR /&gt;$! (DECnet Phase V) parser regardless of whether you are running &lt;BR /&gt;$! DECnet Phase IV or DECnet Phase V.  In other words, always have &lt;BR /&gt;$! at least bit 4 (value 16) set in MAIL$SYSTEM_FLAGS.&lt;BR /&gt;$!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What's the "danger" if this bit isn't set?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Art</description>
