      <description>DCPS V2.5 on the OpenVMS Alpha V8.3 Layered products CD. It is on the OpenVMS  I64 V8.3 Operating Environment DVD.&lt;BR /&gt;It is not on the hobbyist kit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;DCPS is also downloadable from &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www1.sqp.com/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www1.sqp.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a support contract&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>You need a support contract. It is not freeware. &lt;BR /&gt;You can forget about various Dcps licences, it is no longer needed.</description>
