Is MRU on one of the layered product CD's or is it seperate software.

Availability via either with the MRU license and kit order, or via ABS installation, AFAIK. The MRU SPD is here:

HP seems to be moving away from the classic consolidated software media distribution model of DEC, but that's another discussion. In this case, MRU can be available via the ABS kit. Or via a specific order for the MRU pieces.

The latest version V1.8B is on the december 2008 alpha CD-distribution on disk 6.
