Hello,

you might want to try xwpick (e.g. at

http://zinser.no-ip.info/vms/sw/xwpick.htmlx

)

Greetings, Martin

I am new to VMS this XWPICK is same as XWD or because XWD is just scans display then there is printxwd process which will run after this so I am not sure this will be compatible with xwd???

Or I can just copy XWPICK to XWD (this might be stupid Question)
Hello,

the link in my previous mail is to a source package of xwpick. You do need Unzip and a C compiler on your system to build an executable (xwpick.exe) out of this. Given the fact that your system is very old (DW Motif 1.2-4 most
probably matches OpenVMS 7.1-2) I fear I can not build the executable for you.

Since xwpick can create Postscript directly no postprocessing in this respect is required (which is what you use xwdprint for apparently).

Greetings, Martin
