Alpha vms 8.3 consolidated update patch?

If this is not the correct forum, please point me to it. I've spent some time searching for an answer, but have not been successfull.

I did (a month a go) find a note that indicated the next vms consolidated update was projected to be released apporximately 9/18/09. Would anyone have any updated info on the "new" anticipated projected release date? I'd like to use it for my next downtime estimate if possible.
