System errors when booting from the CD

I have an Alpha ES40 which I am trying to boot from the CD so I can restore the system disk. It gets so far and then errors. Console screen attached.

what does '>>> show memory_test' show ? If it's not full, try >>> set memory_test full

This worked. It seems to have picked up on a memory error.
