    <description>Hi techgee,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Welcome to the ITRC forum.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your requirement is to unload a tape from a device then you can use the&lt;BR /&gt;"SET MAGTAPE" command with the /UNLOAD qualifier.&lt;BR /&gt;$ SET MAGTAPE MTA100:/UNLOAD&lt;BR /&gt;This would unload the tape from the MTA100 device and also rewind the tape.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For more information, refer -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://mx.isti.cnr.it/cgi-bin/conan?key=SET~MAGTAPE&amp;amp;explode=yes&amp;amp;title=VMS%20Help&amp;amp;referer=" target="_blank"&gt;http://mx.isti.cnr.it/cgi-bin/conan?key=SET~MAGTAPE&amp;amp;explode=yes&amp;amp;title=VMS%20Help&amp;amp;referer=&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this answers your question.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Murali</description>
