We have a old DL 380 in Sydney that was moved recently and they forget the password to login the RILO (yes RILO) to change the IP address. The thing is that the RILO's firmware is way out of date and I can's use hponcfg to add an account. Are there other ways to reset the password so I can login? Any instruction online? I can't find it in the HP site. Thanks.

You might ned to reboot the Server and do it from the server console. I don't know of any way of doing it on line.
I don't suppose the tag containing the old administrator password is still around?

If it is a really old firmware version, you might be able to add a user through the control panel utility (RIBCL.CPL), presuming you are running Windows. This used to be installed with the drivers, but is not anymore.

Derek
