iLO: HPONCFG
RILOE II: HPONCFG
RILOE: rib.cpl control-panel applet.

Get the HPONCFG utility from the iLO or RILOE II downloads page. It uses RIBCL XML scripts (samples also available there) to change the passwords. One like this:

<RIBCL version="2.0">
<LOGIN user_login="administrator" password="password">
<USER_INFO mode="write">
<MOD_USER user_login="Administrator">
<USER_NAME value="Administrator"></USER_NAME>
<PASSWORD value="NewPassword"></PASSWORD>
<ADMIN_PRIV value="No"></ADMIN_PRIV>
<REMOTE_CONS_PRIV value="Yes"></REMOTE_CONS_PRIV>
<RESET_SERVER_PRIV value="Yes"></RESET_SERVER_PRIV>
<VIRTUAL_MEDIA_PRIV value="Yes"></VIRTUAL_MEDIA_PRIV>
<CONFIG_ILO_PRIV value="Yes"></CONFIG_ILO_PRIV>
</MOD_USER>
</USER_INFO>
</LOGIN>
</RIBCL>

Note that you need to keep some login credentials in the script. They are not required to be valid in this case.

For RILOE, you will need to look for the rib.cpl applet, no longer officially supported. Does anyone have a link to this?
