    <description>- make sure that the iLOs in those servers are disabled in iLO RBSU.  Newer versions of iLO firmware self-disable when a RILOE is present.  This will prevent any conflicts with keyboard and mouse.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- make sure your RILOE boards are running current firmware.  The latest RILOE firmware (version 2.53) can be downloaded here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h18013.www1.hp.com/support/files/lights-out/us/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18013.www1.hp.com/support/files/lights-out/us/index.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Make sure that the internal RILOE ribbon cable is installed.  If not, use the external adapter cable.</description>

      <title>Mouse/Keyboard Inop</title>

      <description>I have had this happen on several DL380's. They have RILO boards, currently not configured, and the Mouse/Keyboard stops functioning. Any ideas?</description>
