On my Windows server the mouse works with ILO, but on the Redhat 9 server I get the cursor in the console window but it will not track. It starts to move but then jumps back as I drag across the screen.

Any ideas???

I think the X11 server has lost track of your real mouse when it was hooked to the ilo-mouse.

Are both mice of (roughly) the same type?

The only idea of a solution is to restart X11 either by logging-out or by hitting <CTRL><ALT><BS>. It might also be triggered by changing to an other resolution by <CTRL><ALT><NUM> or <CTRL><ALT><NUM-> (the <NUM> or <NUM-> are the + and - keys on the far right of most keyboards).</NUM-></NUM></NUM-></ALT></CTRL></NUM></ALT></CTRL></BS></ALT></CTRL>
