    <description>Has anyone seen the following error?&lt;BR /&gt;=============================================&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt;HPONCFG.exe /f delete_admin_user.xml /l log.txt&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HPONCFG RILOE-II/iLO setup and configuration utility&lt;BR /&gt;Version 1.2 (c) Hewlett-Packard Company, 2005&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR: A general system error occurred while detecting iLO/RILOE-II&lt;BR /&gt;=============================================&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its not very informative, and I can't find any information on it on the HP website.</description>

      <description>Sometimes when the utility cannot establish communication with the RILOE II/iLO, this error is displayed. &lt;BR /&gt;This usually happens when iLO/RILOE II is busy. So, waiting for sometime before you issue the next command will help.&lt;BR /&gt;Very rarely this error is shown for an driver IO error.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Also...&lt;BR /&gt;  there is a newer version of the utility available; Windows 2003 link here: &lt;A href="http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/lights-out/us/locate/69_6220.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18004.www1.hp.com/support/files/lights-out/us/locate/69_6220.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Check that the current OS driver is loaded as well.  You might want to install the current PSP from SmartStart or download that as well.</description>
