topic ILO vs RILOE in Server Management - Remote Server Management

I am new to ILO and RILOE cards. My question has two parts. First I have Proliant ml570 g3 it has a built in ILO but we were also ship the RILOE II card. I am wondering what advantages/disadvantages the RILOE II has?

Second when configuring the ILO card it states that no agent is installed. I am wondering where this agent is found. Perhaps on a smart start cd or do I need to download it from somewhare?

Here are some differences to consider:
RILOE II requires a PCI slot; iLO does not
RILOE II remote console is faster than iLO (1)
RILOE II does not require a license key for remote graphics console. iLO does.

You can get the iLO driver and management agents from SmartStart.
