Ctl + Alt + Delete does not work

I have just installed a RILOE II card on an HP Prolant ML370g2 Windows Server 2003 Sp1 but when I access the remote console and click on Ctl+Alt+Del I do not get the login prompt. A previous thread failed to come up with the answer. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the prompt reply Sandeep,
There is no virtual media configured. On checking same the error message "30 pin cable is not connected" flags up. I will reseat it and let you know how I get on.

Reseated 30 pin cable. All now OK.
