topic ILO Access issue from browser in Server Management - Remote Server Management

I can ping my DL580 ilo ip address but when I attempt to access ilo from my IE6 browser using the ip address, the ILO page displays briefly and then I get the "page cannot be displayed" screen. The url gets changed to https://ip address/lgindex.htm. This is a VMware ESX host server with a Linux o/s. Thanks for any help. Note 4 other similar servers do not have this problem.
