You can obtain the Evaluation License key by going to the following link www.hp.com/servers/lights-out page select intergrated lights-out and click on free trial.

or

you can also click on the link provided in the iLO Licensing help page. The licensing option is available under Administration tab. Click on the ? (Question mark) symbol. You can learn about various types of license keys and also obtain evaluaiton license.
