    <description>Let me run-down the details:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You're running DL380 G?&lt;BR /&gt;Windows OS - what version?&lt;BR /&gt;iLO firmware: what version?&lt;BR /&gt;iLO Advanced is licensed.&lt;BR /&gt;Mouse works in remote console, but ctrl-alt-del does not affect the OS.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you open the virtual media window, is the check-box, "Enable Virtual Media Multi-device connection" checked?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the "enable high performance mouse" checked in the remote console window?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you believe that the OS is alive?</description>

      <description>I have a DL380 and am using integrated ilo. I can open remote-control and see the "please press ctrl-alt-del for login" screen. the mouse is working correctly, the &lt;CTRL-ALT-DEL&gt; button is not working. I am using a licenced version. please help.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;/CTRL-ALT-DEL&gt;</description>

      <description>yes. I clicked the mouse within the remote console.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks Sandeep, I checked your mentioned thread now, but I don't have connected virtual media. And I don't want to restart the server. I just want to login to windows.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for further replies.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>You're running DL380 G?  -&amp;gt; G4&lt;BR /&gt;Windows OS - what version?   -&amp;gt;  Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, SP1&lt;BR /&gt;iLO firmware: what version? -&amp;gt; 1.88&lt;BR /&gt;iLO Advanced is licensed.  -&amp;gt; yes!&lt;BR /&gt;Mouse works in remote console, but ctrl-alt-del does not affect the OS.  -&amp;gt; that's correct.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you open the virtual media window, is the check-box, "Enable Virtual Media Multi-device connection" checked?  &amp;gt; No&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the "enable high performance mouse" checked in the remote console window?  -&amp;gt; I tried both: no difference if checked or not checked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you believe that the OS is alive?  -&amp;gt;  I am sure, that the OS is alive. It is a productive systems and login throuhg terminal services is no problem&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;additional information: there is no keyboard and mouse connected locally on the server.</description>

      <description>In the meanwhile I found out, that no keyboard driver is loaded on this server. there is no "keyboard" entry in the device-list. &lt;BR /&gt;If a ps2-keyboard is connected locally on the server, it is not recognized.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;does anybody know how to install the keyboard drivers even if no keyboard is attached?&lt;BR /&gt;thanks!</description>
