Remote Console issues in iLO

Here is the error I get when I try to Remote Console from a Windows 2000 server to a Windows Server 2003:

Integrated Lights Out has detected an error:
Error Message: Class not registered
File Name: https://192.168.xx.xx/header.htm
Line Number: 597

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

There could be some issue with the JVM. Install the latest JVM from the following link and check:
http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_ie.jsp

Also upgrade the firmware for the iLO to the latest version.
