Unable to create NewHPObjects In U & Cters .Snap in

We are currently testing Ilo integration with AD Schema extension. So far everything seems to run fine : Schema extension is OK : Every attributes has been created in the schema. We have Ran the Snap-in Tool and the Snap in jar files are ine c:\program files\....
Also the HP display specifiers are present in the AD configuration container
But ....We are not able to create HPOlject since we don't have (are not able to find) the option create "NewHPObject" in the context menu on the OU we've created and dedicated to the LMOs. Of course we have already restarted tne MMC several times
We are are using Windows Server 2003 Sp1. Something more : we are running the all configuration and tools on the schema master. To be clear : every thing is on the same machine.

Is there a bug are something we are doing in the wrong way ? Any Idea where to look at ?

The snap-in specifiers are limited to English.
