They are connected to hubs which have other models such as dl380's working fine. The only way they will connect is at 100 MB Full. I have tried auto negotiate as well as manually setting the speed thru the RBSU. Nothing works at lower than 100 MB. This is consistent across different hubs, so I ruled out any problems with the hubs. It's driving me crazy. Any ideas?
