reduced MTU size handling by ILO 2

We encountered following problem with the ILO 2 on our remote locations:

The Network Team reduced the MTU size in the synch package to 1339 in order to prevent the routers to start fragmenting. This cannot be handled by the ILO2 and as soon the ilo switches to https there is no return of the login screen.
ILO I can handle this without problem. We're on the latest ILO 2 Firmware.
Is there any configuration need/ possibility on the ilo2 to get this running
thx 4 our support
raffael

Do not use odd numbers for the MTU. Use 1338 and see if this resolves your issue.
I was told that the next firmware version 1.30 will permanent fix this problem.
