    <description>I'm simply trying to get an xml reply fromt he card, if you know a better way to do this let me know.  The xml reply gives me the serial number of the server it's attached to in one of the tags, that is what i'm specifically trying to get, without IM7, since that p.o.s. is so inconsistant.</description>

      <description>It seems using the script examples to get SNMP information, I get a syntax error, any ideas?:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MESSAGE='Syntax error: Line #3: syntax error near "&amp;lt;" in the line: "&amp;lt; GET_SNMP_IM_SETTINGS /&amp;gt;"'&lt;BR /&gt;    /&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;END_RIBCL&gt;&lt;/END_RIBCL&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I've usually seen this when the version of the cpqlocfg.exe you are using and the firmware on the RMB don't match.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you get a successful response from ANY command you send? IE &lt;GET_FW_VERSION&gt;&lt;/GET_FW_VERSION&gt; ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Randyo</description>
