Sean, switch 3 and the rompaq disk should correct the problem unless there is a physical problem with the board. Is there a message when the flash starts from the disk or does it say no board found?

Trying to upgrade firmware from 1.11 to 1.12 on several RILOE II's. All succeeded but one, and I've tried all the steps to reconfigure the card (DR mode, reset to factory settings). Any help or suggestions?

Can you be more specific as to the error youâ re getting? Does the rompaq (diskette) upgrade fail as well? You can force it by flipping switch 3 on the R-II and booting up w/ the firmware disket

Yes, I tried that as well, with no luck. Right now I have set switches 3 and 4 to on to bypass the error but I still need to reconfigure the card. The error I get when all switches are set to normal is 'Error 10002: The card is not responding', or similar wording.
