Server turning on after shutdown

I have a Proliant DL360 G5 that is turning itself back on after a graceful shutdown from Windows 2003. I'm guessing it needs somthing changing in the BIOS. Does anyone have any ideas what power settings I need to change?

it is completely shutdown and after a moment it powers on????

or it is like it shutting but instead of that reboots??

Hi,
Check the Power Management section(tab) of iLO2 GUI. There is an option "Automatically Power On Server:" Set it to option "No"
